Ayon kay Judge Elmo Alameda, ng Makati RTC Branch 159, inatasan niya ang Prosecutor’s Office ng Makati na magsagawa ng isa pang imbestigasyon sa pagkakapatay ni Leviste sa kanyang tauhan na si Rafael Delas Alas sa request na rin ng pamilya ng biktima.
