Alpha Kappa Rho member Tyke Lomibao was yesterday ordered released from detention after the evidence against him was found weak to implicate him in the killing of his cousin Charles Kales Capsa in barangay Sambag 2 last October 3.

GMA-7's Balitang Bisdak, in an exclusive report yesterday afternoon, said the city prosecutor issued the order because the evidence that the homicide section has presented was weak and not enough to pin down Lomibao to the case.
