Suspect Alexander Bermoy, 35, personally went to the office of Inspector Carlito Asilum, Uson police chief, at about 9 a.m. to surrender, according to Senior Superintendent Antonio Enteria, the new provincial police director.

Earlier, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) director Rey—naldo Wycoco named Bermoy as one of the three alleged gunmen of Espinosa.
