[Summary] => A still unidentified man was rushed to the hospital after he tried to kill himself inside a public market in Quezon City yesterday.

The man was initially seen walking aimlessly in and out of the Nepa Q-Mart along EDSA at around 9:30 a.m. before he took a cleaver from a butcher and started hitting his head several times.

Witnesses said that the man appeared to be mentally ill.

He then walked away with the cleaver as if nothing happened.

Responding traffic enforcers caught up with him and immediately took the cleaver from his hand.
