Cruz, receiving my pension through the Philippine Veterans Bank, Gagalangin Branch, Tondo, Manila under Account No. 00052421496100 with a balance amount of P246,248.25 according to the bank. Unfortunately when I checked with the bank, I was advised that the money was returned to PVAO, as reflected under a letter from Mr. Heriberto L. Ruanto, dated Sept. 18, 2009.
