NANG ipatupad ang Presidential Decree 27, nakabilang dito ang lupang bukirin ni Marta.  Kaya, nagsumite si  Marta sa Department of  Agrarian Reform (DAR) ng listahan ng mga taong nangungupahan dito kabilang si Estacio, ang namamahala ng bukirin.  Sa huli ay igi- nawad ang bukid kay Estacio.  At dahil matanda na at masasakitin, hiniling ni Estacio na marehistro ang bukirin sa pangalan ng kanyang ampon na si Lily.  Pinaboran si Estacio at inisyu noong April 23, 1984 ang Certificate of Land Transfer sa pangalan ni Lily.

This is the case of an emancipated tenant who became a landlord. It involves a private agricultural land planted to rice with an area of 1.787 hectares originally owned by Marta. When P.D. 27 was issued, the land became subject to operation land transfer, so Marta submitted to the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), the list of tenants. Included in the list was Estacio who was also the administrator of the property. Eventually, the property was awarded to Estacio, but being already old and sickly, he requested that it be registered instead in the name of his adopted daughter Lily.
