MANILA, Philippines – When typhoon "Pepeng" hit northern Luzon, one of the first organizations to respond to the victims was the Philippine Military Academy.  Capt. Agnes Flores shares that  it is an honor for  the PMA to lend a helping hand to communities in times of disasters, when people need help most.
