Shinagawa Lasik & Aesthetics Philippines believes in giving back to the community. In collaboration with the Pasay City government, Shinagawa, conducted a free laser tattoo removal activity. Shinagawa president Ms. Masako Ueomori said the project was initiated as a response to a growing number of people wanting to get rid of their tattoos.
