It has been over two weeks since Typhoon Yolanda ravaged the greater part of Visayas and left millions of Filipinos severely affected. For most of us, especially those who were not in any way directly affected, life simply goes on. But for the victims, the terror brought on by the recent tragedies is far from being over.

There's this relatively new, quaint place tucked along Kalayaan Avenue in Quezon City, just a few brisk strides from UP Village which happens to be my regular retreat whenever I find myself in Manila.
