There is still a pending appeal on the dismissed case against former Anak Mindanao party-list Rep. Mujiv Hataman in connection with the 2007 bomb attack at the Batasan Pambansa, but Justice Secretary Leila de Lima said this is not likely to affect his appointment as officer-in-charge (OIC) of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).
