Oil’s well with Chanel

I have just dis-covered my new favorite makeup remover for the face and eyes. It’s Blanc Essentiel Lightening Cleansing Oil by Chanel.
Removing makeup is usually a sticky issue, especially if you use oil. But Chanel’s Cleansing Oil removes the most stubborn makeup  your face becomes so clean in the blink of an eye.
The unique thing about the product is its anti-pollution properties that purify the skin while lightening it. Perfect for Asian skin that wishes to be rid of sun-damaged hyper-pigmentation flaws.
How did Chanel develop this product?
Chanel’s CERIES (Centre de Recherches et d’ Investigations Epidermiques et Sensorielles) research labs in France have studied the phenomena of hyper-pigmentation in Asian skin for many years. Their research shows that pigment disorders appear at a very young age and intensify with time. Chanel’s scientists have discovered that it is a protein called Endothelin 1 that triggers the pigmentation process.
Chanel developed the Endormeline complex using ingredients (narcissus bulb extract, liquorice extract and vitamin C derivatives) to act as anti-dark spot agents to restore an even complexion and heighten the brightness of the skin.
Chanel’s Blanc Essentiel skincare line is perfect for use this summer. Aside from its Lightening Cleansing Oil, it also has a UV Essentiel for daily protection against the damage caused by ultraviolet rays of the sun, urban pollution and free radicals.
UV rays cause skin aging and pigment irregularities. UV Essentiel acts as a powerful shield against these rays. Its light texture acts as a filter and mineral screen to ensure protection against UVA and UVB rays. It also reinforces the skin’s natural repair systems for better protection against heavy metals present in atmospheric pollution.
To complete your cleansing and sun-protection tools, Chanel also has the Blanc Essentiel Whitening Day Emulsion.
>Chanel’s Blanc Essentiel skincare products are available at Rustan’s in Makati, Shangri-La, Gateway, Robinsons Place Manila, Alabang Town Center and Cebu.
