Sporting a chopped ‘do and looking youthful as ever, Cecille Licad returned to Cebu after almost a decade. The event at the Marco Polo Plaza Cebu in Nivel Hills started on the dot and saw three encores and numerous standing ovations from the Cebuanos, obviously moved by the musical genius’ repertoire.

Drawing in quite the crowd at Rustan’s Essences in Ayala Center Cebu, he gave practical and easy tips on how to put on a face worthy of oohs and ahhs. After showing the ladies how it’s done, the hottest items from Laura Mercier’s new line were off the shelves in no time.
