P136,000 shabu seized in Makati drug sting

MANILA, Philippines — Four men were arrested after selling shabu during a sting in Makati City, the Southern Police District (SPD) reported yesterday.

The SPD drug enforcement unit identified the suspects by the aliases Toto, Wendell, Haydo and Lolo Jo.

The four allegedly sold P8,000 worth of shabu to police agents in Barangay San Isidro on Thursday. A subsequent search also led to the seizure of eight sachets of the illegal drug, valued at P136,000.

Charges for possession and sale of illegal drugs will be filed against the four.
