PSA Cup tees off today

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Sportswriters Association will host the 3rd PSA Cup golf tournament today at the Masters course of the Manila Southwoods Golf and Country Club in Carmona, Cavite.

Manila Southwoods, under GM Jason Yu and assistant GM Jerome Delariarte, will open its famed Masters course to the PSA Cup, giving sportswriters a close look at the Jack Nicklaus-designed layout, which will be playing host to the Philippine Open on Jan. 23-26 to kick off the Asian Tour.

The 3rd PSA Cup is presented by ICTSI with support from the Philippine Sports Commission, San Miguel Corp., PBA, MPBL, PVL, Athletic Events and Sports Management, Inc. (ACES), NLEX and MacBeth.

Golfing PSA members will be joined by dear friends including PSC chairman Richard Bachmann, Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas president Al Panlilio, MPBL commissioner Kenneth Duremdes and former PFF president Nonong Araneta.
