Teen falls into Pangasinan river

TAYUG,Pangasinan, Philippines — A teenager was reported missing after he was carried away by the current in a river in this town on Saturday.

Jeorge Pizarro and his friends went to the Agno River in Barangay Guson to swim. He reportedly slipped and fell into the water.

Pizarro’s friends tried but failed to rescue him.

The local police asked the Philippine Coast Guard substation in San Manuel town and the Tayug municipal disaster risk reduction and management office to help find Pizarro.
