MANILA, Philippines — Vince Cuajao and Jimboy Estrada alternated in extra time as Letran outlasted San Sebastian, 101-98, in double overtime yesterday and regained solo No. 4 in NCAA Season 100 at the Filoil EcoOil Arena.

Cuajao scored nine of his game-high 34 points in the first OT while Estrada had five of his 30 points in the second extra period as the Knights clung to the win, their seventh against six defeats.

With his team needing some outside shooting, Cuajao provided them with aplomb as he buried seven thunderous treys, including three in the first and second OTs.

From a one-game ban, the energetic Estrada had an explosive game he laced with seven rebounds, five assists and a steal, helping the Knights pull off the key win.

In the other game, Arellano U came alive in the fourth quarter as it eked out a come-from-behind 66-59 win over University of Perpetual Help and forced a tie with the Altas at 5-8.
