Gadia, Ouano strike for Gentle Giants

MANILA, Philippines — Former Under-22 star Ivan Ouano starred as Dynamic Herb Cebu FC held off Maharlika Manila FC, 2-1, last Sunday in the Philippines Football League presented by Qatar Airways at the McKinley Hill Stadium in Taguig.

Needing maximum points to close in on leader Kaya FC-Iloilo, the Gentle Giants fought back from a goal down to beat Maharlika, still fresh from it first win of the season.

Daniel Gadia delivered the equalizer late in the first half before Ouano scored the marginal goal four minutes into the second half.
