MANILA, Philippines — Bobby Ray Parks Jr. is the latest Filipino player to take their talents to the Japan B. League.

It was announced on Tuesday that the former TNT Tropang Giga star has signed a contract with B. League Division I team Nagoya Diamond Dolphins.

In his final year with the Tropang Giga, Parks averaged 22.5 points, 8.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.3 steals per outing.

One of the most storied franchises in the B. League, the Nagoya Diamond Dolphins was formed back in 1950.

Nagoya finished fifth in the Western Conference of the B. League with a 17-24 win-loss slate.

Parks Jr. thus joins fellow PBA star Kiefer Ravena in the B. League.

Coincidentally, they will be seeing much of each other as the Shiga Lakestars belong to the same conference as Nagoya.

Also playing in the Japan B. League is Ravena's younger brother Thirdy who plays for San-En NeoPhoenix, Juan and Javi Gomez de Liano who will suit up for Tokyo Z and Ibaraki Robots, respectively, and Kemark Carino who will suit up for the Aomori Wat's.
