Fil-Am sprinter Kristina Knott is back in full strength after a bout with COVID-19 last month.

The 2019 Southeast Asian Games gold medalist has trained her sights on breaching the 23-second mark in the women’s 200 meters when she makes her Olympics debut.

200m Round 1: August 2, 9:30 a.m. - Olympic Stadium; 200m Semifinal (if qualified): 6:25 p.m. - Olympic Stadium
200m Final (if qualified): August 3 - 8:50 p.m. - Olympic Stadium
