Bianca sinks deeper after a 77
MANILA, Philippines — Bianca Pagdanganan limped with a five-over par 77 to plummet to the lower ends of the LPGA Mediheal Championship leaderboard yesterday in Daly City, California.
Pagdanganan, who started with a solid 71 but slowed down with a 73, struggled big-time as she submitted two birdies against five bogeys and a double bogey in Round 3 at Lake Merced Club.
The 23-year-old Pinay is five-over for the tournament for joint 66th and stands 14 shots behind Taiwanese leader Min Lee who opened a two-stroke lead at nine-under against Finnish Matilda Castren (69) and American Lauren Kim (71).
