Beermen do Zumba; sisig most requested

CLARK , Philippines —  In a bid to stay healthy and happy, San Miguel Beer has included Zumba sessions to its own bubble program in chase of a Philippine Cup six-peat sans six-time MVP June Mar Fajardo.

“We need it to combat challenges inside the bubble, particularly on mental aspect. We need other activities aside from our usual practice,” said Arwind Santos, who often leads SMB’s dancing fitness program.

“That’s the secret. We need a healthy, happy mind to perform well in the games.”

SMB players usually conduct their Zumba classes through Zoom from their own rooms but are planning to hold it outdoors and in the gym.
