MANILA, Philippines — True or false, word is out that retired boxing superstar Floyd Mayweather Jr. is running out of cash.

The American, who goes by the moniker “Money,” therefore, is working his way back into the ring.

“Has ‘Money’ gone broke?” read an article on FOX Sports, which was posted yesterday.

The 43-year-old boxer with a perfect 50-0 ring record loves to flaunt his money, and spend it like no one else in the world does.

From his private jets to his mansions, a fleet of exotic cars and a ton of gold, he lives a lavish lifestyle.

As of yesterday, his net worth is listed online at $505 million. Has he lost them all?

Mayweather, now charging fans around $1,400 for an online meet-and-greets, has indicated he’s making a ring comeback.

There are many fights to choose from, including a rematch with Filipino ring icon Manny Pacquiao.

It could earn Mayweather at least $200 million.

That’s easy money – for someone who’s gone “broke.”
