Petro Gazz keeps Lady Red Spikers winless

MANILA, Philippines — The Petro Gazz Angels made easy work of listless Chef's Classics, 25-15, 25-19, 25-18 in the PVL Open Conference at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan on Sunday.

Led by the steady offense of Jovy Prado, Paneng Mercado and Jonah Sabete, the Angels register their sixth win of the conference.

Prado came out in the clutch for Petro Gazz, eking out the kills to clinch the first and second set.

Fresh from their stint in Taiwan, the Angels improve their conference record to 6-2.

While Chef's Classics fell to 0-11.

The Angels will hope to get another win when they face BanKo Perlas on Wednesday.
