MANILA, Philippines — The Luzon Breeders Cup (LBC) 9-Stag Derby series has drawn a total of 1,200 entries with 25 more eliminations scheduled in various venues in Luzon.
Over at Pasay City Cockpit, members of Luzon Gamecock Breeders Association (LGBA) will compete in the set B eliminations on Friday in the event supported by Sagupaan Superfeeds and Complexor 3000.
Seventeen out of 78 entries tallied two wins each last Friday.
“We are on track towards achieving the projected number of participants. All entry fees in excess of the guaranteed prize will be given to the winners,” said LGBA president Nick Crisostomo.
The LGBA alone has contributed 356 entries so far.
Other upcoming schedules: Aug. 6 (Dinalupihan Coliseum), Aug. 7 (Pangasinan Coliseum and Luisiana Coliseum), Aug. 8 (Sta. Monica Cockpit and Balagtas Cockpit Batangas), Aug. 9 (Pasay City Cockpit and Cagayan Cockpit Arena).
