MANILA, Philippines — The UST Golden Tigresses continue their dominating season as go-to scorers Sisi Rondina and Eya Laure are set to receive the UAAP's top individual awards.
Based on reports from ABS-CBN, Rondina, who averaged 17.7 points per game with a 33.38% spiking percentage, will receive the MVP award in her final playing year with the Tigresses.
Apart from bringing her team to the finals, Rondina also gets the Second Best Open Spiker and Best Scorer titles.
Meanwhile, rookie Eya Laure bags UST's second straight rookie-of-the-year citation following her teammates Milena Alessandrini's recognition last year.
Laure's sister, EJ, also won it in Season 77.
She will also be caliming the First Best Open Spiker.
Ateneo's Kat Tolentino bags the Best Opposite Spiker plum while graduating Lady Eagle Maddie Madayag gets the Second Best Blocker nd.
Outgoing UE Lady Warriors Kath Arado and Lai Bendong also bring home plums, winning Best Libero and Best Setter, respectively.
NU skipper Roselyn Doria finishes the seaosn with the First Best Blocker award while teammate Princess Robles takes the Best Server title.
