MANILA, Philippines — The UST Golden Tigresses are heading into the Final for of the 81st  women's volleyball season with a twice-to-beat edge.

But snagging their best ranking since Season 74 was more than a tall order.

UST rookie sensation Eya Laure and the Golden Tigresses had to slug it out with three-time defending champion DLSU in an intense four-set clash to win the bonus.

And heading into her first Final Four in the seniors division, Laure doesn't plan to hold back.

"Whatever it takes, gagawin namin talaga," the Espana rookie said.

Laure played a big role in the Tigresses victory over the Lady Spikers.

Behind Sisi Rondina's brilliant 29-point outing, the young gun had 17 markers to her name.

With the final and most crucial stretch of their title quest approaching, Laure knows they've got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

"Sabi nga ni Ate Si samin nung huddle, wala namang mawawala satin," Laure said.

"Gawin lang natin kung ano kaya natin as a team and walang bibitaw, walang susuko basta basta. Hangga't kaya, lumaban. Whatever it takes," she said.

UST will face La Salle once again in a do-or-die match for the Lady Spikers on Sunday.
