Big Event derby at Pasay Cockpit set

MANILA, Philippines — Big time cockfighting returns at Pasay City Cockpit on Friday via the JTC Kaingin Big Event Six-Cock Derby.

Pasay Cockpit’s LGBA Encuentro Five-Bullstag Derby last April 12 featured a total of 115 fights, where Hermie Pagtalunan (Franzopia) emerged as solo champion and 2019 LGBA Cocker of the Year.

Jojo Cruz of Bulacan, a leading member of the National Cockers Alliance (NCA) and also a participant in the 2019 World Pitmasters Cup 2, will host the event. Submission of entries (1.9 kgs. to 2.45 kgs) will be until 9 p.m. on Thursday.
