New PVL season kicks off with fans day
MANILA, Philipiines — In anticipation of the brand new Premier Volleyball League (PVL) season, athletes and fans alike spent an afternoon together in a Grand Fans Day at the Trinoma Activity Center in Quezon City on Thursday.
Players from the six participating teams in the PVL Reinforced Conference got to be up close and personal with their fans in the event.
The fans were awarded with a meet and greet with the teams on stage.

Highlights of the event also included a game where volleyball fans and their favorite athletes took on the Dalagang Pilipina challenge.

The volleybelles also lit up the stage with a fashion show.

Prominent volleybelles include Alyssa Valdez, Jia Morado and Jema Galanza of defending champions Creamline Coolsmashers.
Former NU star Myla Pablo also graced the event as a skipper for newly minted Motolite.
Dzi Gervacio and Nicole Tiamzon from Banko Perlas were also present.
Other volley stars in the event included national team player Jovelyn Gonzaga of Pacific Town-Army, Jeanette Panaga of Petro Gazz and Katrina Racelis of Balipure.
The PVL Reinforced Conference begins on May 26.
