MANILA, Philippines - It's official: Los Angeles Clippers coach Doc Rivers is a Manny Pacquiao fan.
Taking time off traning to grace the NBA's "Filipino Heritage Night," Pacquiao met with the Clippers mentor before their game against the Charlotte Hornets at Staples Center, Tuesday evening (Wednesday Manila Time).
In a video posted by Showtime Boxing on Twitter, Rivers called himself a "huge fan" of Pacquiao and said he has the boxer's gloves displayed in his home.

Pacquiao apparently gave his gloves to the statistician when they had met 15 years ago.
Rivers said he also has the gloves of boxing greats Muhammad Ali, Joe Frazier and Marvelous Marvin Hagler in his collection.
Pacquiao will put his WBA welterweight title on the line against American Adrien Broner at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on January 19 (January 20 Manila time).
