LGBA Breeder race under way at PCC
MANILA, Philippines — A close battle for the 2018 Luzon Gamecock Breeders Association (LGBA) Breeder of the Year race fires off today at Pasay City Cockpit.
The ‘Breeder’ winner will receive cash prize and trophy from Sagupaan Superfeeds and Complexor 3000 after the LGBA stag circuit’s third leg (8-stag derby) scheduled Oct. 19, 22 and 26.
So far, Ren Castro and Nelson Uy lead the pack with 12 points each.
Participants with 11.5, 11, 10.5 and 10 points may overtake the leaders, said LGBA president Nick Crisostomo.
They are cockfight idol Patrick Antonio, Eloy Bello, Hermie Pagtalunan, Jimmy Junsay, Honey Yu, Joseph Marigundon, Jervy Maglunob, Rey Tolentino, Pinggoy Lagumbay, Mayor Anthony Marasigan and Joseph Aquino.
Meanwhile, the AEJ and Pasia Brothers 5-Stag Derby also unfolds at Pasay Cockpit on Oct. 29.
