4-cock derby up at PCC
MANILA, Philippines — Pasay City Cockpit has lined up more than 80 fights for the Jerald Cup four-cock derby on Friday with some of the country leading breeders fielding in their respective aces.
Listup is going on with deadline for submission of entries at 9 p.m. tomorrow. Entry fee is P11,000.
Backed by Sagupaan Superfeeds and Complexor 3000, the event will be held after the highly successful staging of 114 and 95 fights in the last two PCC derbies.
Invited by host Jerald Picazo are the leading cockfighters of Pasay Cockpit, Roligon, Elorde Stadium, San Juan Coliseum. La Loma Cockpit, Sta. Monica Cockpit and guest participants from Pampanga, Rizal, Batangas and Laguna.
Meanwhile, the Angelo and Nelson four-cock derby will be held on July 6 while the 32nd anniversary four-cock event is set July 13, both at PCC.
