MANILA, Philippines – Team Lakay pulled off a perfect performance in ONE Championship's "Heroes of Honor" showpiece at the Mall of Asia Arena on Friday night.
Gina Iniong rebounded from a loss at the expense of Jenny Huang. Honorio Banario, coming from a long layoff, stood his ground against the tough-as-nails Adrian Pang. But most importantly, Kevin Belingon cemented his bid for a rematch with Bibano Fernandes with a dazzling perfromance against Andrew Leone.
Basking in the glory of a commendable outing, ringmaster Mark Sangiao, couldn't hep but look back at the journey that brought them to this point -- one that is adorned with a couple of recent division titles and winning streaks.
The string of recent victories put the famed Baguio fight stable Team Lakay at six wins in their last seven outings this 2018.
