MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church marks its 108th founding anniversary with a family fun run today at the Lapu-Lapu Monument area at the Luneta Park.
The event serves as part of the UMC’s continuing commitment to sustain the financial needs of its mission, particularly in reaching out to the less fortunate individuals.
Spearheading the project are fun run committee chairperson Ruben Marcelo, PAC Council on Finance Administration chairperson Daisylyn Derige, Rev. Roberto Parcasio, District Supt., Northwest-Metro Manila District PAC-UMC, Rev. Igmedio Domingo, District Supt., Southwest-Metro Manila PAC-UMC, and Bishop Ciriaco Francisco of Manila Episcopal Area.
