MANILA, Philippines – TNT import Glen Rice Jr. was slapped a fine of P26,000 for various infractions.

These include Rice’s shoving and throwing of the ball to Ginebra’s Kevin Ferrer in the first quarter of Game Four of their PBA Governors’ Cup semis series Sunday night.

The KaTropa reinforcement was also sanctioned for flashing a dirty finger and for disrespecting team and league officials.

Rice thus blew his chance to become TNT’s resident import, according to STAR sports columnist Quinito Henson.

Ginebra ousted TNT, 115-105, to arrange a finals rematch with Meralco.
