Pacquiao was challenged by the Australian Horn last July, with the Australian ending up becoming the new welterweight champion. The senator-boxer, who came out of retirement in 2016, aired his qualms over the result of the fight to the WBO but the body still awarded it to his foe.
The Alvarez-GGG tussle was awarded with a split-draw drawing flak from fans and pundits alike.
