World Peace, who was known as Ron Artest before legally changing his name in 2011, was a one-time NBA champion and one-time NBA All-Star.
He was involved in the "Malice at the Palace" in what was considered as the "most infamous brawl in NBA history," which occurred in a game between the Detroit Pistons and the Indiana Pacers in 2004.
He was the 16th pick overall by the Chicago Bulls in the 1999 rookie draft.
