Unbeaten CKSC rips Ronac in Milcu caging

MANILA, Philippines - Chiang Kai Shek College crushed FBA Ronac, 62-38, to stay unbeaten in Week Three of the Milcu Got Skills Hard To Guard 12-under basketball tournament at the Enderun Colleges Gym recently.

Christian Dungca came away with 18 points and hauled down 13 rebounds to gain the A-Game Player of the Week honors while powering the Blue Dragons to their third straight victory in the tournament sponsored by Milcu and sanctioned by the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas.

Gabby Reyes had 23 points to lift Ateneo to a similar lopsided 70-28 rout of University of the Philippines-A in the 25-under division of the tournament backed by Basketball TV, Gerry’s Grill, Gatorade, Clyde Shoe Cleaner, LGR, SLAM, Rain or Shine, Honda, Coach Athletic Trainers Tape, Secret Fresh, Mighty Sports, Nousha Kebabs and Barbeque, FMR Bus Services and Patricio’s Online Sneaker Source.

Dharrel Caranguian shot 17 points to lift De Ocampo Memorial College to a 65-62 victory over Emilio Aguinaldo College, also in the 25-under division, while Jose Rizal University edged UP, 58-56.

In 13-under action, Don Bosco Makati repulsed University of Santo Tomas, 61-55; La Salle Greenhills dominated La Salle College Antipolo, 43-21; and De La Salle-Zobel turned back Ateneo, 39-32.

Jose Rizal U subdued La Salle Greenhills, 46-43, and Enderun College repelled New Era University, 57-49, in the 19-under category.
