MANILA, Philippines – GlobalPort furthered toughened up its backcourt rotation in acquiring Mike Cortez from Blackwater in exchange for Ronald Pascual.
Cortez is a new addition to the Batang Pier's solid backcourt crew featuring Terrence Romeo, Stanley Pringle, Joseph Yeo and Karl Dehesa.
At GlobalPort, Cortez is reunited with his collegiate coach Franz Pumaren.
