Fresh set of judges named for Pacquiao-Bradley 3

Philstar.com

MANILA, Philippines – The Nevada State Athletic Commission on Wednesday (Thursday Manila time) bared the judges for the third fight between Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley next month.

ESPN.com’s Dan Rafael reported that judges Dave Moretti, Burt Clements and Steve Weisfeld will work the bout. None of the three were ringside to judge the first two Pacquiao-Bradley fights in 2012 and 2014.

However, referee Robert Byrd – the same official in the first clash between Pacquiao and Bradley – was appointed to be the third man on the ring in the rubber match on April 9 in Las Vegas (April 10, Manila time).

Bradley came away with a controversial decision in that first encounter while Pacquiao evened the score in the rematch.
