MANILA, Philippines – Manny Pacquiao vowed to be ready for whatever tactic Timothy Bradley will employ in their April rematch.
That includes Bradley possibly targeting Pacquiao’s recently injured right shoulder.
"Let him (Bradley) try doing it and let's see what happens next," Pacquiao told Eddie Alinea of PhilBoxing.com.
Bradley earlier said he will do whatever it takes to beat Pacquiao, including going for the Filipino icon’s shoulder.
But Pacquiao and his camp are already expecting it.
"Actually, we have already foreseen that even before he announced it," he added.
"And we already have designed what to do even before we pitched camp in General Santos City. So, we really were not worried after hearing him (Bradley) say that," Pacquiao also said.
Pacquiao incurred the injury while training for Floyd Mayweather Jr. last year, and he claimed it was the primary reason he lost to the undefeated American.
He maintained that it already healed after undergoing surgery. – Dino Maragay
