Solar, ETC to air national cheerleading regional, national finals

MANILA, Philippines – Fans can witness all the high-flying action of  Season 11 of the National Cheerleading Championship courtesy of Solar Sports and ETC from Feb. 2 to March 20.

Solar Sports will air the Mindanao qualifiers on Feb. 2 at 6 p.m. and the NCR qualifiers on Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. and the road to the National Finals which will come in four episodes on Feb. 20 (Episode 1),  Feb. 27 (Episode 2), March 5 (Episode 3) and March 12 (Episode 4), all at 6 p.m. The North and Central Luzon qualifiers were aired yesterday, at 6 p.m.

Cheerleading fans can also catch the extravaganza as ETC presents the National Cheerleading Championship 2016 on Feb. 13, at 12:30 p.m., with a replay at 5 p.m.

All roads will then lead to SM Mall of Asia Arena for the National Finals to be aired simultaneously on Solar Sports and ETC on March 19-20.

Now on its 11th season, the largest organized cheerleading competition in the country continues to feature amazing talent from different squads across the nation.

While cheerleading has been a staple since its formation in 2006, the NCC has opened its doors to other categories – the stunts and dance competition – that were established in 2010 and 2011, respectively.

By championing groups from all walks of life, the NCC has established itself as the premier cheerleading spectacle in the Philippines.

Solar Sports is seen on SkyCable (Ch 70), Destiny (Ch 35) and Cablelink (Ch 58). ETC is on SkyCable (Ch 16), Destiny (Ch16), Cignal (Ch 9) and Free TV (Ch 21).
