MANILA, Phippines – Slowly but surely.
Homegrown cager Bobby Ray Parks Jr., whose stomping grounds is with the Texas Legends of the NBA D-League, again made his presence felt. This time it was quick.
Parks went 3-for-4 from the field, compiling a decent statline of seven markers, two boards and two dimes. He did it all under 11 minutes, halving his recent personal D-League high of eight points in 22 minutes.
The Legends won over the Bakersfield Jam, 111-101, and will take on the Los Angeles D-Fenders next.
