AMA Kid Titans face Ateneans in 13-U final

MANILA, Philippines - The AMA Kid Titans of AMA sports director and head coach Mark Herrera swept the elimination and semifinal rounds  of the 13-under division to advance to the final against Ateneo in the Breakdown Basketball tournament on Jan. 17 at the Moro Lorenzo gym in Loyola Heights, Quezon City.

The team is composed of Kyle Rivera, Christian Camay, Buboy Berdin, Gelo Cabaluna, JP Magpayo, Reed Baclig, Joshua Villamor, EJ Magpayo, Kirk Avila, Edward Centones, Prinz Tubon and Daniel Rivera.

“The boys are doing very well and I’m sure they’ll give everything they’ve got against the tough Ateneo team,” said Herrera, who expressed gratitude for the support of  team owner Ambassador Amable R. Aguiluz V and AMA Senior VP Arnel Hibo.

In the 11-under category, La Salle Greenhills battles Xavier School for the crown at the same venue.
