CLEVELAND – LeBron James crashed into the crowd and injured a fan while scrambling for a loose ball Thursday night (Friday in Manila) as the Cleveland Cavaliers held off Oklahoma City 104-100, ending the Thunder's six-game winning streak.
James plowed into a woman sitting next to PGA Tour golf star Jason Day in the fourth quarter. She was taken from the arena on a backboard.
Later reports indicated she was actually the Filipino-Australian golfer's wife, Ellie.
Earlier in the game, the Cavaliers' official Twitter account posted a photo of the Day couple (right) and two of their friends.
