MANILA, Philippines - Bobby Ray Parks, Jr. played his second game for the Texas Legends in the NBA Development League and finished the same way in his debut – scoreless.
For the second straight time, the 6-4 Parks failed to score in 11 minutes although unlike against the Austin Spurs last Friday, the Legends this time beat the Oklahoma City Blue, 105-95, for a 1-1 start in the NBA’s farm league.
Parks also had an assist and two rebounds against Oklahoma.
Parks also didn’t score in 10 minutes Texas’ 81-106 setback to the Spurs.
Jamil Wilson and Tu Holloway took charge for the Legends with 29 and 26 points, respectively.
Parks is the first Filipino to play in the D-League with the former two-time UAAP MVP dreaming of making it to the NBA someday.
