Manglicmot, 2 others top ABC monthly tilt

MANILA, Philippines - Dante Manglicmot of Emerald Pipes churned out a 1247 game as he captured the Group A crown while Johnny Baluyot and Michael Macasieb bagged the Group B and C titles, respectively, in the Architects Bowling Club’s monthly championship at the E-Lanes Center in San Juan last week.

Jerry Canuday Cham of Boysen Paints scored 1196 to finish second while Hermie Prudente of Emerald Pipes shot 1194 for third in Group A of the weekly tournament sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Baluyot, of Coach Furniture, made an 1139 to rule Group B with J. Del Rosario of Boysen Paints placing second with an 1130 and Randy Poon of American Wires scoring an 1107 for third.

Macasieb, also of Boysen Paints, made a 1099 to beat Zeny Prudente of Moldex Pipes, who had a 1035, and Malou del Rosario of Boysen Healthyhone, who scored 1003, for the Group C diadem.
