MANILA, Philippines – With less than two weeks to the NBA season tipoff, the Golden State Warriors look like they're already winning.

Well, in the social media arena, that is.

Golden State Warriors beat writer Diamond Leung bared on  Wednesday a flurry of tweets detailing forward Draymond Green and Stephen Curry's thoughts on the comments on their stellar championship run last June.

"It's funny. It's like a bitter female. Like, you ever dealt with a bitter female that's just scorned? God! That's rough," Draymond was quoted by Leung in what seemed to be a series of interview with the members of the Bay Area-based basketball club.

The remark, first reported by ESPN, was as a response to a string of seemingly subtle swipes directed at the Warriors.

In a report by Grantland's Zach Lowe, Rivers was quoted saying that the Warriors were lucky. “You need luck in the West ... Look at Golden State. They didn’t have to play us or the Spurs"

Earlier, during the NBA Media Day stretch, Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski wrote a piece quoting beleaguered and new Houston Rockets guard Ty Lawson, saying "“I thought Steph was just chillin’ on defense ... He looked like he was just putting shots up and not working so much on the defensive end."

A Cleveland Cavaliers guard has something to add as well. Shortly after losing the NBA Finals series to the Warriors,  Kyrie Irving,  who was sidelined Game 1.

"I felt like we would've definitely won an NBA championship if we had everyone healthy," Irving told CBS Sports.

But what takes the cake among these Warriors quotes was none other than the league Most Valuable Player's.

NBA players motivate themselves in totally different ways.

Although you have to give it to the reigning best team in the league. They're not called "champions" for nothing. Class act.
