TnT acquires Ababou from Barako Bull for 2nd rd pick

MANILA, Philippines -- Talk n Text continues to rebuild its roster by getting Dylan Ababou from Barako Bull.

The PBA's official website posted the transaction on Thursday afternoon.

Ababou, a former UAAP MVP, was dealt to the Tropang Texters in exchange for the Pangilinan franchise's second round pick next year.

The 6-foot-3 forward, a member of the Gilas Pilipinas 1.0, was Barako Bull's 10th overall pick in 2011.

He averaged 6.1 points on 52.2 percent shooting from beyond the arc last conference in his return to the Energy after three fruitless seasons at Brgy. Ginebra Kings.

Ababou joins the youth movement in Talk n Text with this year's top overall pick Moala Tautuaa, second pick Troy Rosario and sophomore Matt Ganuelas-Rosser.
