3 share NCA derby honors

MANILA, Philippines - Fiscalizer 3-hits Sept.19 La Loma of Fiscal Villanueva and Ramon M.’s, Joshua Knights of Rep. Unabia, and BM88 Mabilasik-2 of Ka Luding posted five points each to share top honors in the National Cockers Alliance six-cock derby at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig last week.

Jade Red-Diego-Nicole Diane of Arman Santos scored with 4 1/2 points for third with 11 finishing tied for fourth with four points, including James Uy, Jake Javier, Ka Ador, Ka Luding, Strike RJM, M. Villamor, Mayor Jomar Hizon, RVP/Phil Sy and Homer Mercado.

Mayor Cipriano Violago, Jun Rudy Jingco, and Gov. Claude Bautista’s entries finished with 3 1/2 points each in the event sponsored by Sagupaan Complexor.

Mayor Boyet and Kit Ubiadas, Charlie Gayoso, Engr. Canlas, Mayor Francis Espiritu and Danny Bulldog, Gov. Ynares, Jun Soriano, Rene Medina, Mayor Elyong Hernandez, Atty. Santos, Sonny Lagon, Pol E., Ronald Uy, Harsy Ramos, and Winston Pe wound up with three points apiece.

Meanwhile, action resumes Tuesday with another six-stag derby featuring top-notch field clashing for top honors.

Hosts Elan Nagano, Rene Medina, Ador Pleyto, and Boyet Legazpi have invited a number of prominent cockers to guarantee non-stop action among their respective aces the way it turned out during last week’s opening of the circuit’s new season.
