SHS-Ateneo Cebu, USC reach finals in Milo Little Olympics

MANILA, Philippines - Sacred Heart School-Ateneo De Cebu (SHS-ADC) outclassed two-time regional champion University of San Carlos to gain the secondary division overall title while University of San Carlos took the elementary division crown in the Visayas leg of the Milo Little Olympics at the Iloilo City Sports Complex.

The feats sent both schools to the Milo finals to be held in Laguna net month.

Over 5,000 athletes from over 200 schools throughout Visayas, including those from Cebu, Bohol and Dumaguete, participated in the multi-event competition which included athletics, badminton, basketball, chess, football, gymnastics, lawn tennis, swimming, table tennis, taekwondo, volleyball, sepak takraw, scrabble and two new sports in the line-up – arnis and karatedo.
